Title: Nevada Stateline-to-Stateline Bikeway, South Demonstration Project in Stateline
Description: The South Demonstration Project is a component of the larger Nevada Stateline-to-Stateline Bikeway Project, which encompasses an ~ 30-mile-long corridor between Stateline, Nevada and Crystal Bay, Nevada. The South Demonstration Project shared-use path is located in Douglass County, Nevada on the east shore of Lake Tahoe, beginning on Lake Parkway at the Nevada/California border in the south shore casino core and ending ~ 0.3 mile north of the entrance to Round Hill Pines Beach. The proposed shared-use path would be entirely on the wet side of U.S. 50 and is ~ 3.2 miles in length, of which ~ 2.2. miles is proposed to be located on NFS lands.
