Description

The 4.3 acre project site (a portion Valley Ranch Unit 6, Phase 1) is located north of E Street and west of Husted Road in the City of Williams. The proposed educational facilities would consist of 4 classrooms, offices for administrative and student services, and a conference room. The proposed building is ~9,800 sf in size. Located at the intersection of proposed Ella Street and Margurite Street, the site would have access from Husted Road and E Street. It is anticipated that construction would begin in 2009 and would be completed in 2010. YCCD estimates that ~120 students in 4 classrooms.
