- SAA#1600-2009-0008-R2 DWR is proposing to realign and improve a section of the existing Brad B. Freeman Bike Trail along the east bank of the Thermalito Diversion Pool and the Feather River downstream of the Thermalito Diversion Dam. The proposed project is linear and would involve the relocation of ~1,150 linear ft (0.217 mile) of bicycle trail outside of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way. Approximately 3,309 linear ft (0.627 mile) of exisitng trail would also be improved.
