Description

Addendum to Final (09NGD-00000-00009) for the Caliente Ranch 2X09 Oil and Gas Exploration Request of Robert Booher, agent for E&B Natural Resources Management, applicant, to consider a Substantial Conformity Determination (Case #13SCD-00000-00001) for an approved oil drilling and production plan (Case #07PPP-0000-00002) to drill the Caliente Ranch 2X-9 oil and gas exploration well in compliance with Section 35.53.040 of the County Land Use and Development Code, on property zoned AG-II-100; and to approve the Addendum to ND pursuant to CEQA Section 15164 which allows an addendum to be prepared when only minor technical changes or changes which do not create new significance impacts would result. The proposed Caliente Ranch 2X-9 oil and gas exploration well will be drilled in lieu of the Apollo oil and gas well, previously analyzed in the 09NGD-00000-00009. This project will not cause any new environmental impacts, increase previously identified impacts, nor require any new or modified mitigation. The proposed changes are within the scope of 09NGD-00000-00009 analysis and substantially conform to the project description.
