Description

Use Permit (UP-08-16) to establish a wireless communication facility, which includes an 80 ft tall, 4 sided lattice tower for proposed wireless communications equipment, and a 10 ft x 16 ft concrete pad to accommodate equipment shelters. The proposed facilities and tower would be situated within a 40 ft x 40 ft lease area located within an existing 200 ft x 200 ft, 6 ft tall fenced enclosure containing existing wireless communication facilities. The proposed tower is engineered to support the communication needs of up to 3 additional carriers and will be able to accommodate additional ancillary equipment that might be necessary. No exterior lighting is proposed.
