Description: This project proposes to subdivide 16.37 gross acres into 4 parcels and a Designated Remainder Parcel, which range in size from 2.16 acres net to 4.12 acres net. The project site is located on the corner of Circle R Drive and Circle R Lane, in the Valley Center Community Planning Group, within unincorporated San Diego County.
