- Located along 1,800 feet of SF Bay shoreline from Coyote Point headland west to Humane Society facility, existing site conditions include shoreline protection features, windsurf access, promenade, restrooms, lawn & parking areas. Proposed changes include rock revetment; creation fo a crenulate shaped bay, beach area & dunes; reconstruction of existing promenade & beach access; and parking & restroom improvements. CA Natural Resources Agency is filing as responsible agency for landscaping & irrigation portions (3,500 1-gallon native grasses, 60 5-gallon native shrubs, 85 15-gallon native trees, and bio-retention areas) of the Eastern promenade enhancement project.
