Description: The RAP includes the folowing activities: Removal of impacted soil to meet the Remedial Action Objectives for the Site to allow for school construction. The removal depths vary between a minimum depth of 1' to a maximum depth of 15' bgs. The soil removal volume is estimated at approximately 5,800 cubic yards. The remedies selected for the Site are: 1) Excavation and offsite disposal; and 2) Implementation of Engineered Controls/Limited Access with Land Use Covenant.
