- Spring Mountain Estates Subdivision
- The Spring Mountain Estates project includes a proposed Tentative Subdivision Map to allow two contiguous existing lots (Assessor's Parcel Number 009-131-043 and -002) to be subdivided into 10 single-family residential lots, with lot sizes ranging from 5 acres to 9.1 acres. Each lot includes a proposed building envelope that would be limited to a maximum of 20,000 square feet. The project applicant proposes to install a groundwater well on each lot. These on-site wells would provide domestic water and emergency water for fire protection for the project and the surrounding community, which is currently undeserved. A partially buried water tank with a capacity of approximately 225,000 gallons is proposed for Lot 6 for storage of emergency water. This tank would be fed by the on-site wells that are proposed to be located on each lot. Each lot would be served by its own wastewater septic system.
