Description: This NOE Superscedes the previous NOE. The purpose of the update is to include Southern California Edison as a co-locator for electrical and related lines within the same easement as YLWD. SCE will be granted a separate easement for their equipment. State Parks will grant a Right of Entry permit and future easement to the Yorba Linda Water District for graded slopes and installation of water and wastewater pipes within the footprint of the existing dirt access road across State property. This construction is part of the Yorba Linda Water District Hidden Hill Reservoir Project MND SCH #2001091014 and the Yorba Linda Water District is responsible for all permitting and potentially adverse environmental effects of the project, including those on State property.
