Description: CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0027, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Merced Hospitality, Inc. Project is limited to the implementation of a modified Creek Restoration Plan, relocation of the upper 4 foot portion of the retaining wall closer to the hotel building, creation of a 2:1 (vertical to horizontal) slope in between the retaining walls, replacement of the existing damaged 12" storm drain pipe in kind, replacement of the existing energy dissipation structure with a gabion structure of unspecified dimensions, and placement of decomposed granite walkway between the hotel building and the upper section of the landscape block retaining wall.
