Title: Amendments to the 2009-2014 Housing Element
Description: The State of California Department of Housing and Community Development is requiring some modification to the 2009-2014 Housing Element to meet their certification requirements. The most significant change will be the definition of Transitional Housing to conform to state law and add a program to review Planning and Building Procedures to assure compliance with ADA requirements. An additional program is being added to work with the Water District to lower their fees for multi-family residential development.
