Description: The Town of Hillsborough (Applicant) is proposing to reconstruct the Carolands Gatehouse and build an additional 74 square feet at the rear of the structure. The reconstruction will incorporate sustainable building practices. Pavement and irrigation systems will be installed. The project is located at the northwest intersection of Ralston Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue on a 0.13 acre publicly owned site in Hillsborough, San Mateo County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0056-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Town of Hillsborough.
