Description

Architecture and Site (A&S) approval for reconstruction and stabilization of the fill slope and culvert extension (subdivision improvements) and a grading permit for required slope stabilization work (needed to create a stable home site on the fourth lot and to stabilize the proposed access driveway). All existing fill materials and colluvial/topsoil material would be removed (down to bedrock) so that engineered fill soils are founded on benches excavated entirely into bedrock. Geo-grid reinforcement would be used in the slope reconstruction to stabilize both slopes along the drainage swale.
