The 14.51 acre Amazing Facts Ministries consists of constructing a private worship facility, administrative building, and a parking lot. Permanent impacts to waters of the US consist of mass grading approximately 0.218 acre of vernal pools to prepare the site for the construction of the parking lot. The weir replacement and ephemeral drainage slope re-contouring will permanently impact 0.040 acre and temporarily impact 141 lf of ephemeral drainage.
