Title: UC Davis Communication Resources Relocation
Description: The Communication Resources Relocation Project (the project) would be located on the UC Davis West Campus approx. 800ft. west of the intersection of Hopkins Rd. and Airport Rd. The project would provide a total of 30,000 sf. of office space for approx. 180 people and would include utilities, infrastructure, and parking to serve the occupants. Approx. 60 of the occupants would be relocated from current facilities and the project would provide space to add an additional 120 employees to the campus population. Construction and occupancy would begin in 2009.
