Title: New Susanville Courthouse
Description: The Administrative Office of the Courts proposes acquisition of parcels, construction of a new 3-courtroom courthouse, and operation of the courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen. The new courthouse will replace the court's current 3-courtroom facilities in the County's Historic Courthouse and other facilities. The new courthouse will have approximately 140 parking spaces. The proposed courthouse parcel is adjacent to other commercial buildings, and the site is the former location of the Paul Bunyan lumber processing facility.
