Description: The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0407-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Crossroad Ventures Group. The Creekview Professional Center Project will install a storm drain pipe and rock outfall structure within a portion of Humbug Creek. In addition to the storm drain pipe, a trench will be constructed to convey treated impervious surface runoff to the proposed rock outfall, which is situated below the ordinary high water mark of Humbug Creek.
