The application includes a Final Development Plan for construction of a 16,216 square foot, two-story, mixed use structure, including 8,757 square feet of retail space on the first floor, 6,206 square feet of office space, and two one-bedroom apartments on the second floor. The application also includes a request for approval of a Condition Use Permit for the two proposed residential units as part of the mixed-use project. In addition, the applicant is requesting approval of a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property boundary along South Fairview Avenue to reflect the existing alignment and improvements to the roadway previously constructed by the County of Santa Barbara.
