Description
The proposed project consists of construction of a 14,670 square foot CVS Pharmacy, and associated site improvements on a vacant lot at the southeast corner of Goldenwest Street and McFadden Avenue. The approximate height of the proposed one-story building is 28 feet. The CVS Pharmacy with a drive-thru is proposed to be open 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Access to the site is proposed via a two-way driveway along Goldenwest Street and a two-way driveway along McFadden Avenue. The project includes a General Plan Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment to allow commercial uses at the proposed project site. The project also includes a request for a conditional use permit, variance, design review and a tentative parcel map to create a separate parcel for the proposed development.
