Wal-Mart store by up to 27,310 sq. ft. to add full service grocery sales, with design modifications to the existing building. It would incorporate and retrofit sustainable design features into the building; redesign the truck dock and drive aisle at the rear of the store; reduce parking lot spaces from 868 spaces to 811 spaces; implementation on-site modifications to the expansion area at the rear of the existing store; and potentially increase store security measures.
