Description

Use Permit to allow for the construction of a multi-carrier wireless communications facility at the subject site. The proposed wireless communication facility is to consist of a fenced 75-foot by 75-foot area, a 12-foot wide access gate, three standard 12-foot by 30-foot equipment shelters (or a maximum of 1,200 square feet of ground area), three propane powered standby generators, a 100-foot tall lattice tower supporting nine antenna sectors with four antennas per sector, and six future carrier microwave dishes and appurtenances.
