Description: The project will construct a motorcross training and competition facility on a 28.64 acre site located at Shad Pad Road within the floodplain of the Yuba River. The limits of grading for the project construction and the general maintenance and operations will occur at least 800 ft from the Yuba River channel. The project proposes development in two phases. Phase one would allow for use of the site during daylight hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (8:00 pm DST) and overnight dry camping on Fridays and Saturdays coinciding with competition events. Phase two would add a lighting system and extend hours to 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm during Friday and Saturday competition events.
