Title: Zone Amendment 07-014, Tract Map 1966 (Manley)
Description: The project is limited to construction of a small pre-fabricated bridge for an emergency fire access road to serve a new subdivision to the north. The bridge will have a 24' long concrete deck and will be 24' wide with guardrails with concrete abutments. The abutments will be outside of the channel and banks of the stream and will either be poured in place or pre-fabricated concrete blocks. A backhoe or crane will lift and set the pre-fabricated bridge deck on the abutments.
