Description

Request by Caroline Sejera for a Tentative Tract Map to subdivide an ~30 acre parcel into 5 parcels ranging from 5-7 acres for the purpose of sale and/or development. The division will create an on-site road to access the lots from Cimarron Way. The project will result in the disturbance of ~6 acres as a result of road improvements and future residential development.
