- NOTE: Record of Decision The project consists of the approval of a 228.04-acre fee-to-trust land transfer and the construction of a casino-hotel complex. This project includes the development of an approximately 120,000 square-foot (sf) gaming facility, 166,500 sf hotel and 30,000 sf event/conference center on the 228.04-acre site. The gaming facility would include a casino floor, food and beverage areas, meeting areas, guest support services, offices, and security area. The five-story hotel facility would include 250 rooms, while the event/conference center would have seating for 1,200 people. Access to the site would be provided by State Route 49.
