The project also includes the construction of a recreation center and a water quality control basin. Agricultural Preserve Case No. 975 is a request to cancel the Williamson Act contract affecting approximately 20 acres and to diminish the Mira Loma Agricultural Preserve No. 4 by removing said 20 acres.
