Title: Mount Vernon Siphon Project
Description: The project is limited to placement of a section of the Ophir-Combie water conveyance canal into a 24 inch diameter pipeline, construction of associated maintenance facilities, and two crossings of the North Ravine. The first crossing will be through installation of a culvert across North Ravine and the second will be by trenching under North Ravine and backfilling over the pipe. All excavations will be returned to pre-construction contours.
