Title: Animo Leadership Charter High School
Description: The project represents the relocation of the existing Animo Leadership Charter High School, currently located at 1155 W. Arbor Vitae Street. The school is operated by Green Dot Public Schools and will remain in the Lennox Elementary School District, the chartering authority. The proposed project site is located ~2.5 miles southeast of the existing school site. The project would provide a 37,070-square foot three-story classroom and administration building on the School Site, with an ~11,929-square-foot performance/gymnasium building, a 1,940 sf open courtyard, and a 24-space surface parking lot.
