- The project includes construction of an asphalt concrete path, culvert, and installation of a prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge over Arroyo Del Hambre along Alhambra Valley Road, between Millthwait Drive and Wanda Way in the Martinez area of Contra Costa County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0008-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Steve Kowalewski/Contra Costa Public Works Department.
