Description: Add 35' to the north side of the existing road to provide for a westbound passing lane, an illuminated chain-off and chain on area, 8' shoulders, 30' clear recovery area along the westbond traveled way, culverts extended, drainage improved, guardrail installed, and signing and striping upgraded to current design standards.
