Use Permit to expand existing solid waste processing/recycling facility by 12.5 acres. Include expanding maintenance bldg, tipping floor, increase capacity of facility from 1,000 tpd to 2,500 tpd. Establish CDI processing, wood waste grinding, appliance recycling equipment storage, and associated waste handling activities, and addition of 1-mega watt wood waste biomass gasification plant.
