- A coastal development permit to implement a 5-year program to replenish beach sand up to an annual max. of 75,000 cubic yards (cy) of quality sand (per SCOUP protocols) with a limit of 25,000 cy per project. The seasonal restrictions, nourishment allowances, and deposition spacing would be dependent upon the amount of fine sand grain size of the donor source (anticipated to be surplus sand from predominately local construction projects).
