Title

Somerston Winery (Use Permit P07-00034 & Variance P07-00569)

Description

Establish a new 150,000 gallon per year winery in three phases consisting of: 1) conversion of an existing 8,082 sf barn structure and access road; 2) Construction of an outdoor grape processing area, new barn structure, and winery caves, and 3) Construction of winery caves for barrel storage, tasting room including outdoor courtyard, new access driveway and parking area. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0052-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Allan Chapman, Sage Canyon Limited Liability Company.
