Title: Hollywood & Gower Project
Description: The project would involve the demolition and removal of an existing paved surface parking lot and development of a mixed-use project containing approximately 220 apartment residences, up to 3,270 sf of commercial retail/restaurant space, and associated above-grade and subterranean parking facilities. The project will include approx 25,000 sf of common open space, including a ground-level landscaped courtyard as well as a landscaped residential amenity deck at the 5th floor and a rooftop terrace. The project would contain 22 above-grade stories, and have a max building height of approx 252 ft. A min of 283 vehicular parking spaces will be provided in two subterranean levels as well as three above-grade parking levels. Upon completion, the project would contain approx 198,720 sf of floor area, for a total max FAR not to exceed 4.5:1.
