Title: Empire Station
Description: The Empire Station project is a 5-acre mixed-use development with office and residential uses. The residential component of Empire Station will consist of 47 townhomes on ~3.5 acres. The townhomes consist of two building types, a four-unit building and a five-unit builidng. A total of 11 buildings, three five-unit and eight four-unit buildings, would be constructed. All units will have two-car attached garages and 3rd floor exterior sun decks. The office component of the project consists of three 3,000 sf buildings in the northeastern corner of the project site.
