- Description
- The Project involves the construction of wastewater collection system incluidng pump stations with standby power facilities, a wastewater treatment plant, recycled water systems, and effluent disposal facilities. The primary purpose of the Project is to offset freshwater use in the Basin with California Title 22 tertiary, filtered recycled water. Recycled water will be used for urban and agricultural irrigation at sites that currently rely on fresh water.
