- The project is a General Plan Amendment (GPA) prepared to develop a long term vision for the Mill Creek Addition to Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park and direct the management of ongoing activities and projects, and guide future development and appropriate uses of the park. To achieve these goals, the GPA includes a focused set of issues and actions pertaining to management topics specific to the Mill Creek Addition. The GPA is to be implemented together with the approved Redwood National and State Parks General Management Plan/General Plan.
