- Master Plan Amendment Plan PA-09-15 A1 to allow replacement of previously-approved but never constructed 42,000 square of office uses within 4 buildings with a 111-unit, four story mixed use development that would consist of the following; 111 units of independent and assisted living for seniors; a 1,700 sq. ft. Senior Club Fitness Center; and a 3,900 sq. ft. Community Center. The project would include underground and surface parking as well as landscaping. A deviation from a setback from a public street is part of the project.
