- Bell Acqua Lake #1 General Plan Amendment, Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, Special Development Permit, Tentative Subdivision
- For 06-GPB-CZB-SPB-SDB-AHB-0005: (1) A General Plan Amendment to change the designation of 8.56 +/- acres from Commercial & Office to Low Density Residential. (2) A Community Plan Amendment to change the designation from Commercial - Recreation to Residential - Density 2 to 4 dwelling units per acre. (3) A Rezone from CO(F) to RD-4. (4) A Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the property into 34 single family residential lots. (5) A Special Development Permit to (a) allow all proposed parcels to be served by a private road, and (b) to deviate from the minimum lot sizes and setback requirements for the RD-4 zone. (6) An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of the payment of in-lieu and affordability fees. No on-site affordable housing will be developed as a part of this application. For 06-PMR-0006: (1) A Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 24.32 +/- acre parcel into two lots in the CO (F) combining zone. Parcel 2 will consist of the existing lake and Parcel 1 is proposed for development in conjunction with a concurrently submitted application (Control # 06-GPB-CZB-SPB-SDB-AHB-0005).
