Description: CDFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0420-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento County Airport System. The Sacramento County Airport System proposes to implement the conceptual mitigation plan for the restoration of the Willey Preserve. The proposed plan includes the creation of 86.5 acres of aquatic habitat, 99.0 acres of upland habitat, and 30.0 acres of upland buffer between the mitigation site and Sankey Road.
