- Reconstruct the Citrus Avenue Overcrossing (BR 54-538) by demolishing the existing structure and replacing with a new structure. The new structure would provide additional through lanes, dedicated left turn lanes, Class II bike lanes, and concrete barriers/sidewalks with chain link railing on both sides of the street.
