Title: San Fernando Parking Lots Projects
Description: On Feb 20, 2008, the City of San Francisco Parking Lots Project Draft EIR for a 6-day review period. Since issuance of the Draft EIR, a second development scenario has been submitted for Parking Lot 3 (Gangi Development). Parking Lots 8 and 10 (Plaza Del Sol Mixed-Use Development), Parking Lot 5 (Marbella), Parking Lot 4 (Miraflores), and Parking Lot 7 (Commercial Developement) remain unchanged from the Feb 2008 Draft EIR. Additionally, the construction phasing for the Project would be modifiedso that the construction of lot 3 (Gangi) would commerce and be completed prior to construction of the other sites. Potential impacts resulting from Gangi Scenario No 2 are discussed herein. The addition of Gangi Scenario No 2 would result in modifications to the previously analyzed project description (Feb 2008); however, development of Gangi Scenario 2 would not change the basic conclusions presented in the Feb 2008 Draft EIR regarding potentially significant impacts of the proposed project or the need for mitigation.
