Description: A Coastal Development, Conditional Use Permit and Special Permit for a stream bank stabilization and riparian and fish habitat enhancement project along 185 feet of Widow White Creek. The project will take place just upstream of the new bridge crossing along the recently built protion of the Hammond Trail. The project will require the use of heavy equipment within the riparian zone of Widow White Creek to deliver materials, excavate a toe trench, install rock armoring and morve down logs which will be used to create fish habitat cover structures within Widow White Creek.
