- A modification to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit is required to consider increasing the height an existing wireless communications tower to 75 feet via the construction of a 10-foot addition to an existing 65-foot-tall tower stipulates the requirement of a CUP for a Quasi-Public Uses, such as those regulated by the CA Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The original CUP (CUP-06-26) authorized the development of the existing tower on the subject +-3.75 acre parcel. At the height limit in the Limited Industrial (ML) Zone is 75 feet, there are no exceptions required.
