Description

The proposed project is the expansion of the COC campus to the north to include approximately seven acres and amend the phases of the previous COC Development Plan as approved under the certified Final EIR, and include new phasing. The updated project would result in approximately 307,000 gross square-feet (gsf) of additional building space and approximately 72,000 gsf of additional demolition compared to the original project; however, no new impacts were identified for the updated project.
