Description: The subject project authorizes the placement of a perennial streambed underground, placing the flow into a culvert or drain system, in its entirety, within the project footprint. All riparian vegetation associated with the stream, within the project footprint, shall be grubbed and removed. Upstream and downstream hydrologic connectivity shall remain constant during all work related activities, a diversion of state waters may be required during culvert or drain pipe placement.
