- Pursuant to the requirements of California Health & Safety Code, section 25187, Xerox Corporation (Xerox) has submitted a request to DTSC to approve a Corrective Measures Study (CMS) and a Remedy Selection that would allow Xerox to perform remedial activities at the project location which would result in a commercial/industrial clean-up standard. The project location would then be used as a mixed-use commercial office/retail shopping complex. The remedial activities include: Excavation of impacted soil Installation of a Permeable Reactive Barrier to prevent migration of contaminants Installation of Vapor Barriers under proposed buildings Long Term Groundwater Monitoring
