Description

The applicant proposes to remove ~70 cy of soil to create 2 roadside swales to direct overland flow into the unnamed tributary; remove existing rock slope protection (RSP), shape the bank, replace the RSP, and add up to 150 sf of additional 1/4 ton RSP at both the inlet and outlet of a culvert to dissipate energy and minimize erosion; and stabilize all barren soil using vegetation and other generally accepted erosion and sediment control measures. Equipment used will include graders, excavators, backhoes, rollers, water trucks, and dump trucks.
