Amend Zoning Ordinance and Map to establish/apply a Truck and Freight Terminal overlay, address the Commercial Overlay designation with new C-1 & C-2 Commercial Overlay zones, include new definitions to address revisions, establish new Minor CUP process, provide standards for digital billboards, and include non-substantive revisions.
